With architecture, interiors, and landscape seamlessly imagined by the same studio, the project stands apart in a region dominated by pitched roofs and decorative façades.

A flat-roofed, horizon-embracing structure frames panoramic views on both sides—of sea and backwaters—while the home’s layout choreographs a lifestyle of flow, calm, and grounded indulgence. Every room on the first floor enjoys uninterrupted views of the ocean or river. Here, the architecture recedes, allowing nature to take over: 11-foot-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, full-height doors, concealed services, and sleek custom cabinetry come together to create a minimalist canvas that foregrounds light, breeze, and landscape.

In contrast, the ground floor is tropical and open, housing service zones like the kitchen, laundry, storerooms, and staff quarters alongside a large verandah that spills into a lush garden on one side and an infinity-edge pool with river views on the other. It’s not just a place to lounge, it transforms into a breezy party deck, with an outdoor shower, powder room, and even boat access woven into the site-responsive planning.
